Returns

At Lekker Paws, we want you and your pet to love every purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at gershwinoctober8@gmail.com.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Change of Mind

Because many of our products are shipped directly from our fulfilment partners, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or products that have been used.

Please review all product information and sizing carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
